Netsu Sul'Kath

Position within the House Deputy ambassador for the
Sul'Kath, Ayersgarth's second
Position within the Wolves & elsewhere: None
Background: Formerly
a highly respected and very powerful mage within the House, Netsu (he had a
different name at the time but nobody remembers it now) was chosen eleven years
ago by Mistress Kienar to be a part of a mission of great importance to the
House . Something went wrong, the party became scattered and lost, most of them
torn apart by demons or raw powerful magic. Netsu hid and ran and fought and did
anything he could to survive the festering horrors he encountered until he could
find an exit.
In the summer of 1100, he fell out of the
sky into a land known locally as the Shadow Realms, hundreds of miles south of
Sar'Donnath's current home. His memory was fragmented and consisted mostly of
waking nightmares. When he returned to the house, it was clear that when he had
left the void, the void had not entirely left him. "Something" was
running around inside his head and causing him great pain.
The House's Head Ritualist Ayersgarth
performed a ritual in an attempt to remove Netsu's second consciousness. He
succeeded in removing Netsu's pain but it became clear that his mind would
forever be a collective. Netsu refers to himself as "we", not
bothering to distinguish between his elven
consciousness and that of the void, preferring to let himself speak on behalf of
both sides of him at once.
Netsu now spends much of his time in his
tower conducting research. Some of this is on behalf of the House, but
were one curious and foolish enough to attempt to enter his personal
library, they'd find many other tomes written in his spidery runic script
derived from way back in the House's history about some far more bizarre
subjects.
